Dry dust.Items will leave our warehouse within 15 business days but most of our orders ship within 5-7 days or earlier. This 15 business day shipping policy does not apply to pre-ordered or special ordered items. Please note, business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
ROUTE+ SHIPPING INSURANCE
All orders are sent with insurance automatically included for damages or packages that are lost in transit. Due to the recent increase in package theft, we highly recommend the addition of Route+ Shipping Insurance offered during our checkout process. If you don't want the insurance, just opt out. Easy as that!
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION
Our free shipping promotion applies to orders over $125 (pre-tax, subtotal) & shipping addresses within the continental United States. Any other shipping promos apply only to continental US addresses and any minimum order requirements specified. We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package.

All returns are issued as shop credit. Some items do not qualify for returns, refer to our return policy for details.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to your home. Return requests submitted later than 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Any item price ending in .99 is final sale and is not eligible for return.
Damage and defective product claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt.
