 Where do you get your products?

Our shop is full of products we've found from sources all over the world. We love farmhouse & industrial style but like to mix it up a little with some unexpected and unique finds. 

 What are Shady Oaks Farm shipping policies? 

You will receive an email confirmation of your order as soon as it is placed. We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package. All items will leave our warehouse within 15 business days, unless otherwise noted, due to stated special order or pre-order status. If an item you have ordered changes to backordered status, you will be notified and will have the option to cancel the order, or have the order held and shipped as soon as it becomes available. Shipping delays may occur. We will always do our best to get your items shipped quickly and will notify you of any delays. Shipping charges will be based upon the amount of your purchase. 

 

 Does Shady Oaks Farm ship internationally?

YES! Customers who live outside the United States may request special order shipping. If you would like to order a product please use the Contact Us form and enter the following information:

Product Name(s), Variant(s), Quantity, & Shipping Address.

We will research the shipping cost then send you an invoice for the cost of the products plus shipping rate. The products will be temporarily held for your order up to 5 days while the invoice is awaiting your approval. If you choose not to place the order just let us know so we can release the items. Please note your purchase & shipping does not include customs, tariffs or any other additional fees. Those remain the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note, while it is our goal to get your purchase shipped within 15 business days it may not always be possible with International orders. 

Am I able to use more than one coupon per Purchase?

Unfortunately, no. In addition, coupons can not be applied to previous purchases or combined with any other offers or coupons.

 What is your return/damage policy?

Shady Oaks Farm is committed to finding and selling high quality merchandise. We want you to LOVE your purchases but if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please follow all the steps listed in our Return Request process. If your item was damaged in transit please follow the steps listed under Damage Claim processing.

 Will you special order items for me? What are the policies for special order items?

We sure will! Just use our Contact Us form to send us any information to help us hunt down your desired item. 

Special order items are customer pre-paid, as they are ordered direct from the manufacturer. Special order items incur a restocking fee of 50% of merchandise price if returned.

I noticed the item is out of stock, can I pre-order so I can be sure to get one as soon as it's available?

Possibly. Sometimes the wait for an item is a LONG time and we don't want to make you wait forever. If they item will become available within the next 2-4 weeks we will gladly allow you to pre-order the item. Just use our Contact Us form to let us know which item you'd like to pre-order.

Please note when an item is out of stock we can only give an estimated date of restock. You will not be allowed to cancel your pre-order unless you are notified that the order will remain unavailable past the expected date or we receive notification that the product is in backorder status. These reasons will be communicated to you via email.

I placed an order but now need to cancel, can I do that?

Customers may request a refund (if the order has not yet been packaged or shipped) but the cancellation may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If approved, the refund minus any restocking fees will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please let us know by completing the form in the Contact Us page.
