Items will leave our warehouse within 15 business days but most of our orders ship within 5-7 days or earlier. This 15 business day shipping policy does not apply to pre-ordered or special ordered items. Please note, business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Free Shipping:

Our free shipping promotion applies to orders over $100 (pre-tax, subtotal) & shipping addresses within the continental United States. Any other shipping promos apply only to continental US addresses and any minimum order requirements specified. We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package. 

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii:

Orders shipping to these locations will be charged shipping rates based on carrier calculated estimates from weights and package sizes. Flat rate and free shipping does not apply however we are excited to offer discounted shipping rates!

International Shipping:

Customers living in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom may check out normally as shipping rates are set up for these international countries.

Effective 4/9/19, all returns will be issued as shop credit.

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to your home. Return requests submitted later than 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.  

Any item priced $X.99 is final sale or as-is is not eligible for return and the sale is considered final. 

Items shipped via freight carrier (furniture) are not returnable, and must be inspected and accepted or refused upon delivery. No exceptions.
